Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 business hours.

Our warehouse hours are

Monday through Thursday 7am-5pm

Friday through Sunday we are closed for off site events.

Please note all orders placed over the weekend will ship no later than Tuesday the follow week.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please let us know.

All sales are final.

If your product arrives broken or damaged beyond shipping damage we will happily send you new product at no cost, this includes broken glass bottles or torn packaging.

Damaged product claims must be submitted with 14 days of purchase by sending an email to beanwater2018@gmail.com with image of damaged product(s) for replacement.

Please also include your order number when submitted a claim.
